Gifu Prefecture Tourism and Event Newsletter: 2014 Summer Edition Has Landed!

I hope everyone managed to see their fill of cherry blossoms and spent enough time actually being comfortable outside, because we’ve officially moved into summer and the heat has cranked itself up a couple of notches. Summer is luckily always an exciting time in Gifu Prefecture, as there are plenty of ways to keep yourself entertained. Whether it’s seeing the tradition of cormorant fishing on the Nagara River in Gifu City or participating in the Gujo Odori Dance, I hope there will be something that piques your interest!
